After 8 weeks of getting used to following the rules of the CEC, some aspects are now thoroughly embedded in my day to day regime.
Great intentions this week to keep up the diet and exercise, more success with the former overall.
Two weeks since my last post. around week 5 it all seemed to go a little pear shaped – oh ohhh!
This week’s focus has all been about not giving up and finding the motivation to continue. I.e. Shut Up, stop whining and get fit.
This week has in some ways been like a Roller Coaster. There have been lots of ups and downs.
